All entries must be G scale 45mm, (1:20, 1:22, 1:29, or 1:32 scale)

(A) Dioramas:

Must depict a scene, which tells a story of an activity, or a place in time.

Using models, figures, what ever it takes to display this in diorama form.


(B) Kit bashing:

Cannot be completely assembled from a commercially purchased kit.

Finished entry must have visible signs of adding or subtracting from the

Original kit form.


(C) Scratch Built:

All entries must be built by hand with very little coming from a commercially

Purchased kit or model. This category requires 60% of scratch building.


(D) Structures:

Any structure from a kit, scratched built, or kit bashed.


(E) Whimsical:

Entries must be fun. Nothing that suggests other then the title. Not real and

May be an exaggeration.


(F) Weathering:

Entries must not look new out of box. They must display any weathering

Technique that makes the entry look natural, used, abused, maybe to the

Point that it should be scrapped..


 

• Ribbons:
    1st, 2nd, and 3rd place ribbons are awarded in all 6 categories.

• Best of show: Over all
    1st place ribbon and $400 St. Aubin gift certificate
    2nd place ribbon and $300 St. Aubin gift certificate
    3rd place ribbon and $100 St. Aubin gift certificate

St. Aubin gift certificates redeemed on any store item at the MSRP

All Judging decisions are binding and final as agreed upon entry into contest.
There are no ties

Judging will take place at 2pm on Saturday. Judging will be overseen by Bubba.
