Dear Exhibitor.
We would like to invite you to participate in the 2008 Heart of America Garden Railroad Show. Three years of research has proven that there is a demand for a centrally located show. The basis of any business endeavor has always been location, location, location. Kansas City is a natural, as it is geographically the heart of the United States. Numerous large metropolitan cities are within a day's drive which have a combined population of over 58 million people.
Overland Park, Ks, a suburb of Kansas City, has a state of the art International Trade center to optimize our efforts for a pleasing and successful show to exhibitors and patrons. Parking is free. There are close to 500 hotel rooms within walking distance of the show and over 250 shops and restaurants nearby. The staff from the Trade center and the City of Overland Park have offered their help and support to make this a success.
To any vendors interested, this year we have arranged to have mdse for the Heart of America Garden Railroad Show shipped to Smart Warehousing. The show will make sure the mdse will be on site of the show on June 19, and ready at your booth when you arrive.
