Dear Exhibitor.

I am quite excited to invite you to participate in the third annual Heart of America Garden Railroad Show. Like last year, it will be held in the International Trade Center in Overland Park.

I anticipate that we will again fill the exhibition hall.

The Kansas City area is the logical location for a Midwest large scale train show being almost geographically the heart of the United States.  Numerous large metropolitan cities are within a day's drive and have a combined population of over 58 million people.

Overland Park, Ks, a suburb of Kansas City, has a state- of- the- art International Trade Center to optimize our efforts for a pleasing and successful show to exhibitors and patrons. Parking is free. There are close to 500 hotel rooms within walking distance of the show and over 250 shops and restaurants nearby. The Trade Center and the Overland Park Arboretum have offered their support and assistance in helping the show succeed.

This year we have rented five area billboards and a dozen city buses to display ads about the show. That is in addition to the thousands of flyers distributed nationwide at train shows and mailed out in mail and internet purchases.
